| 摘 要： | 利用熔体直接纺的工艺路线,成功研制了1111 dtex/144 f中强FDY产品。结果表明,较低的熔体输送温度、纺丝温度284℃,冷却采用侧吹风冷却加弧形板的方式,集束点在1600 mm处,上油选择适合纺制粗旦FDY的油嘴(进口专用大油嘴)等工艺较适合加工该规格粗旦丝。产品品质稳定,后加工及织造效果好。

| Abstract: | Using the melt direct spinning process route,the 1 111 dtex/144 f medium intensity FDY product has been successfully developed.The results showed that specific process was suitable for processing this specification coarse denier FDY.The process including low melt transportation temperature,the spinning temperature at 284 ℃,the cooling mode using quench air cooling adding arc plate,the collection point is 1 600 mm distance,selecting the nozzle（imported special big nozzle）suitable for the spinning of coarse denier FDY to oil.The product quality is stable,the post processing and weaving effect is good. |
