电镀液净化技术及其研究进展

摘    要:净化是保持镀液组分长期稳定,进而获得形貌与性能一致性好的电沉积层的有效方法。本文根据电解液中杂质的类型分别介绍了相对应的净化方法,重点阐释了它们的优点、不足、适用范围和研究进展。分析认为,带有树脂吸附功能的综合性净化处理技术具有很好的应用前景。

Research and Development of the Purification Technology of Electroplating Solution
Abstract:Electrolyte purification has been demonstrated to be an effective technology to keep the compositions of the electrolyte stabilized for a long term and thus to obtain a continuously stable morphology and properties of the electrodeposits.In this paper,corresponding electrolyte purification method was introduced according to the types of impurities existing in the electrolyte and the advantages,deficiencies,scope of applications as well as the research progress of different methods were emphatically elaborated.It was showed that the integrated purification method with resin adsorption functions could be full of prospection in the electrolyte purification application.
