| 摘 要： | 利用ＳＡＰ５程序的板壳单元，对攀钢公司研制的盘圆打捆机的主要受力部件──抱料架进行三维有限元强度分析，找出薄弱点，并提出了结构改进措施，对改进后的结构进行了验算，证明改造是合理的。

| Abstract: | The SAP5 programme shell unit is used to conduct three dimension finite element strength analysis on the holding device, the main force applied component of the rod coil packing machine which is developed and manufactured by Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., The weak point has been found and measures taken to improve the structure have been proposed. Its modification is proved to be successful and rational through verification of the reconstructed structure. |
