摘    要:现代矿业企业人力资源是第一资源,加强人力资源的开发与管理,是企业组织打造核心竞争力、实现持续稳定健康发展的根本举措。从现代企业组织对人力资源的战略需求出发,立足激发员工的积极性和创造性、提高员工的素质和能力、构筑员工的成长平台和渠道,系统阐述了人力资源开发与管理作为系统化工程必须坚持做到与人本文化培育、员工教育培训和现代企业制度建设相结合,建立健全尊重与激励、培养与使用、贡献与待遇相配套的现代矿业企业人力资源开发与管理机制,从而为企业发展提供强有力的支撑。

Abstract:Human resources have become the most important resources in modern enterprises , as a result , en-hancement of the development and management of human resources as well has become essential in building core com -petitiveness of enterprises and realizing sustainable and robust development .In order to meet the strategic requirements modern enterprises have of human resources ,incentives of employees should be stimulated ,their integrity and skills be improved and platforms for their improvement be built .The paper systematically analyzed the necessity of insisting on the combination of humanistic culture cultivation ,training of employees and modern enterprise system construction ,and establishing and perfecting development and management mechanism that balances respecting and stimulating ,training and applying ,getting and paying of human resources ,so that the development of enterprises can be strongly supported .
