摘    要:阐述了由滑块和楔紧块组成的用于塑件上的螺柱倒扣脱模的抽芯结构,通过滑块沿楔紧块导滑槽的运动,将楔紧块沿开模方向的运动转化为滑块沿抽芯方向的运动,拉杆组件、圆形拉模扣和定距拉杆的组合来控制各模板之间的开模顺序,保证了螺柱顺利成型,避免了塑件粘定模情况的发生。

Abstract:A core-pulling mechanism for the demoulding of upended screw stud was present-ed, which is mainly composed of slider and wedge block. The movement of slide along the wedge block guide slot makes the slide moving in the direction of core-pulling. The combined use of pull rod subassembly, circular mould lock and limit bolt can control the mould opening sequence of mould plates which guarantees the demoulding of screw stud smoothly and prevent the sticking of the product on the fixed half of the mould.
