超大采高工作面液压支架与围岩耦合作用关系

摘    要:针对金鸡滩煤矿坚硬厚煤层赋存条件,提出了8.2 m超大采高一次采全厚开采方法,分析了超大采高工作面液压支架与围岩的强度、刚度、稳定性耦合关系及控制方法,研制了ZY21000/38/82D型超大采高液压支架及新结构。基于液压支架与围岩耦合作用关系,采用理论分析与数值模拟方法研究了超大采高液压支架合理工作阻力确定的“双因素”控制法;通过建立脆性坚硬厚煤层煤壁片帮的“拉裂-滑移”力学模型,得出了控制煤壁片帮发生滑移失稳的液压支架临界护帮力;分析了销轴铰接间隙对超大采高液压支架稳定性的影响及控制方法。通过创新研制大缸径抗冲击双伸缩立柱、三级协动护帮装置等新结构,保证了超大采高液压支架与围岩系统的稳定性控制。

Hydraulic support and coal wall coupling relationship in ultra large height mining face
Abstract:In terms of the hard and thick coal seam occurrence conditions in Jinjitan coal mine,the 8.2 m ultra large height longwall mining method was proposed,and the strength,stiffness and stability coupling relationship between the hydraulic support and wall rock in the ultra large height longwall mining working face were analyzed.The hydraulic support of ZY21000/38/82D and newer structures were successfully developed.Based on the coupling relationship between the hydraulic support and wall rock,the double-factors control method for confirming the hydraulic support working resistance in ultra large height longwall mining face was studied by theoretical analysis and numerical modeling.Through building the “tensile-slippage” mechanical model of coal wall spalling for hard fragility thick coal seam,the critical face guard force of hydraulic support was obtained to control the coal wall sliding instability.The influence and controlling method of the pin roll gap to the hydraulic support stability were analyzed.Through innovating the new structures of the double-telescopic prop and three-grade coordinate face guard device,the stability control of hydraulic support and coal wall system was guaranteed.
