袋式脉冲除尘器气箱花板结构特性

摘    要:为了提高袋式除尘器使用性能,消除除尘器花板在结构选择方面的盲目性,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS研究了方形阵列和三角形阵列两种形式花板上的位移分布与应力分布情况.结果表明,在变形量方面,两种结构的分布形式相同,但三角形阵列的变形量更小;在等效应力方面,三角形阵列所受最大应力比方形阵列小,但绝大多数区域方形阵列的等效应力更小.与方形阵列相比,三角形阵列不仅满足了除尘器的设计需要,而且减少了钢材的消耗,占地面积也更小,具有更好的经济效益.

Abstract:In order to improve the use performance of bag type dust collector and eliminate the selection blindness of plate structure of dust collector, the displacement and stress distributions of both square array plate and triangular array plate were studied with the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The results show that in terms of deformation, the distribution form of two structures is the same, but the deformation of triangle array is smaller. In terms of equivalent stress, the maximum stress of triangle array is smaller than that of square array, but for most of regions, the equivalent stress of square array is smaller. Compared with the square array, the triangular array not only meets the design needs of dust collector, but also reduces the steel consumption. Furthermore, the triangle array needs smaller area, and has better economic benefit. 
