基于ABAQUS的高速公路空心墩模板的数值模拟

摘    要:针对贵州新田大桥某一薄壁空心墩在浇筑混凝土过程中内外模板的内力及位移是否满足国家现行规范要求的问题,应用数值计算软件ABAQUS进行建模并计算内力和位移,在浇筑过程中进行实时监测,将现场测得的位移与数值模拟结果进行对比.结果表明,模拟值与实测值有稍许偏差,但在合理范围内,证明模型具有一定的合理性;模板的对拉螺栓及横肋对整个结构的变形起到了很好的限制作用,提高了整个模板的刚度;内模板的受力相对于外模板较大,在设计和施工的过程中需要特别注意.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem whether the internal force and displacement of a certain thin walled hollow pier on Xintian bridge in Guizhou meet the current national standard requirements during the concrete pouring process, the numerical calculation software ABAQUS was used to perform the modeling and calculate the internal force and displacement. In addition, the real time monitoring was conducted in the pouring process, and the displacement measured in the construction scene was compared with the result of numerical simulation. The results show that the simulated and measured values have a slight deviation within a reasonable range. It proves that the model has certain rationality. The split bolts and cross ribs of the template have played a good effect on the deformation of whole structure and increase the stiffness of whole template. The stress of inner template is bigger than that of exterior template, and thus more attention should be paid on the design and construction process.
