ERP实施商模糊综合评价方法研究

为了避免ERP项目的实施风险，全面、客观地评价ERP实施商，提出了一种通用的模糊综合评价方法。具体阐述了模糊评价模型的建立过程，首先建立了ERP实施商的评价指标体系，并根据模糊一致关系原理，给出了确定指标权重的方法。重点研究了不同类型指标隶属度的确定及隶属函数的构造，建立了模糊综合评价矩阵。最后分别用分值法和序偶法对评价对象进行综合排序。

A fuzzy synthetic evaluation method on ERP executor

To avoid the risk in implementing ERP project and totally and objectively evaluate ERP executors, a general fuzzy synthetic evaluation method was presented. The paper illustrated the process of building a fuzzy synthetic model. In the first place, an evaluation index architecture on ERP was constructed and an index weigh determination method based on fuzzy consistent relation was introduced. Furthermore, to different kinds of evaluation index, this paper gives different methods to determine its subordination degree and to build its subordination function. Then, a fuzzy synthetic evaluation matrix was established. Finally, providing score method and ordered method to synthetically arrange the evaluation objects.
