| 摘 要： | 以二茂铁甲酸为原料,经酰氯化,得到二茂铁甲酰氯。在丙酮与水的混合溶剂中,采用二茂铁甲酰氯与DL-丙氨酸钠反应合成了N-二茂铁甲酰基-DL-丙氨酸,总收率为87.5%。产物的结构经元素分析I、R和1HNMR得到确证。 |

| Abstract: | Ferrocenylformyl chloride was synthesized via the acylation reaction of ferrocenecarboxylic acid.N-Ferrocenylformyl-DL-alanine was prepared by treating ferrocenylformyl chloride with DL-alanine in an acetone-water mixed solvent.The total yield was 87.5%.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by elementary analysis,IR and 1HNMR. |
