摘    要:以对二甲苯为原料,经硝化、还原、重氮化、溴代4步反应得到标题化合物。其中溴代反应中,1,4-二甲基-2-氟苯在偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发下与N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)发生自由基反应。总收率达到30%,其结构经1HNMR和GC/MS确证。

Abstract:1,4-Bis(bromomethyl)-2-fluorobenzene was obtained by using p-xylene as the starting material via a four-step reaction involving nitration,reduction,diazotization and bromination with N-bromosuccinimide(NBS).Radical bromi-nation of 1,4-dimethyl-2-fluorobenzene was carried out using NBS in the presence of azobisisiobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator.The overall yield reached 30%,the structure was confirmed by 1HNMR and GC/MS.
