轿车用汽油机铝合金缸体的设计

摘    要:在DFEMA分析的基础上,利用计算流体力学定量分析,确定了缸体的冷却液量及速度分布。采用有限元分析缸体的温度场和疲劳安全系数,优化设计了轿车用铝合金缸体,并进行了缸体水流、测温和整机可靠性试验。试验结果表明:该缸体工作可靠,试验测量结果与计算分析结果基本吻合,证明了缸体设计方法的有效性。

Abstract:Based on DFEMA analysis,an optimal design of aluminum alloy cylinder block for passenger car was carried out.The flow and speed distributions of coolant in the cylinder block were quantitatively determined by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD),while the temperature field and fatigue safety coefficient of cylinder block were predicted by finite element analysis(FEA).Through measurement of coolant speed and temperature distributions in the cylinder block and engine reliability test,results show that the ...
