摘    要:由于喷油嘴内的流动状态以及燃油喷射情况在很大程度上影响柴油机的排放和经济性能,对喷油嘴进行流场分析就显得越来越重要了。通过Fluent软件利用可压缩流体的三维湍流模型,对改进前后喷油嘴内的流体进行仿真计算,在保证喷油器喷孔出口处的压力一致的情况下,将单锥面针阀改为双锥面针阀,以此来降低针阀的升程和减小压力室的容积,目的是保证喷油器工作的可靠性和降低柴油机的碳烟排放。
