组合机床液压与电气系统的整体优化设计

摘    要:介绍组合机床液压系统与PLC控制系统的整体优化设计。液压系统选用中位机能为K型的三位五通电磁换向阀作为主换向阀,将主换向阀和二位二通电磁换向阀并联,然后连接液压缸,构成局部液阻最小及管路最短的差动快进回路。PLC控制系统的步进电路为逐步得电同步失电的结构,输出电路由得电信号和失电信号相“与”构成,这样的PLC控制系统梯形图最简单。

The Integrated Optimized Design of the Hydraulic and PLC Control System of Combined Machine Tool

Abstract:This paper is to introduce the integrated optimized design of the hydraulic ana PLC control system of modular machine tool. In the hydraulic system, the electromagnetic direction-changing valve with the center position function of K Model is selected as the main direction-changing valve. This main valve with three position and five channels is first put into a parallel connection with an direction-changing valve with two position and two channels. Then it is connected to a hydraulic cylinder, thus constituting a differential speed loop ,which has the least partial hydraulic resistances and the shortest oil return route. In the PLC control system the step by step electric circuit is operated under the theory of gaining electricity gradually and losing it synchronously, and the output electric circuit is constituted by the signal of both gaining and losing electricity. Such trapeziform model of PLC control system is the simplest.
