摘 要: | 随着不同类型油藏的开发以及井筒状况的日益复杂,注水井出砂、套损、悬挂小套管等复杂结构井数量不断上升,成为制约分注工作开展的新的难点,现有工艺已无法满足当前水井的分注要求。出砂井分注工艺主要包括插管桥塞封隔技术、桥式偏心注水技术和防返吐洗井技术,对分注管柱实施分段作业,避免因管柱砂埋而造成卡管柱现象,可以满足出砂井1级2段分层注水。该技术现场试验了4口井,有效解决了出砂井无法实施分注的难题。

Abstract: | With the development of various types of reservoirs and the increasing complexity of wellbore conditions, in- creasing continuously number of complex structure wells such as sanding in water injection wells, casing wear, the suspen- sion of small casing, etc. , became a new difficulty to restrict the application of the separate layer water injection technolo- gy. The existing technology can not meet the requirements of the technology. The technology for sand producing wells main- ly consists of intubation bridge plug packer, bridge - eccentric separate flooding, and anti - flowback flushing. The technol- ogy was operated stage by stage in order to avoid the sand burial and stuck of pipe string and meet the requirements of the technology for sand producing wells with 2 sections in 1 grade. The technology has been successfully applied in 4 wells, and has effectively solved the problem of the separate layer water injection in sand wells. |
