摘    要:本文对基于MCA技术的离线式电动机故障检测的基本原理和实现方法进行了深入研究,以C8051F021单片机为核心设计了离线式电动机故障检测仪。分析了电动机故障的基本类型,确定了离线式电动机故障检测仪的主要功能,设计了装置硬件电路,给出了软件流程图,通过实际测量验证了本文提出的故障检测算法的有效性。

Abstract:Based on MCA technology,offline motor fault detecting principle and realizing method are studied in this paper.Using C8051F021 as the kernel,an offline motor fault detector is designed.Basic fault types of motor are analyzed and main functions of the fault detector are ascertained.The hardware of the device is designed and the software flowchart is offered.The fault detecting algorithm presented by this paper is validated by the real measurements.
