摘    要:通过聚乙二醇表面活性剂辅助低热固相反应首先制备了薄片状Ni(OH)2前驱体,再将所得前驱体置于马弗炉中于KNO3熔盐存在的条件下,600℃热分解5 h得到NiO纳米片。进一步借助X-射线衍射测试和透射电镜测试对所制备的纳米材料的晶型和形貌大小进行了表征。X-射线衍射测试结果证实了所得样品分别为单一的立方相NiO。透射电镜测试结果表明,所得NiO为片状结构,且大部分呈不规则六边形结构,相邻两边夹角约为120°。NiO纳米片的平均粒径约60 nm。

Abstract:In this paper,sheet shape of Ni(OH)2 precusor was prepared by solid state reaction of NiCl2·6H2O and NaOH in the presence of the surfactant(polyethylene glycol) at ambient temperature.The conditions of Ni(OH)2 precusor was thermally decomposed in KNO3 flux at 600 ℃ for 5 h to obtain nanosized NiO.The obtained sample was characterized by XRD and TEM measurements.The results of XRD shows that the obtained sample was single-crystal cubic NiO.TEM test results indicated the prepared NiO nanosheets had irregularly shaped morphologies and many of nanosheets were irregularly hexagonal with the angles of adjacent edges of 120°.The average size of the nanosheet NiO was about 60 nm.
