| Abstract: | It analyses the actuality of our country's supervising from some aspects.According to the problems existed in working,it brings forward some aspects in our country's supervising that should be innovated from supervisor's ability of bidding,project contract managing,strengthening of supervising engineer's decision making right and examining right and so on,so as to improve the level of our country's supervising. |
