两性油润型手感剂的制备及应用

摘    要:以氨基硅油、羊毛脂等为主要原料,利用2种非离子表面活性剂和一种两性表面活性剂进行复合乳化,制备了两性油润型手感剂。研究了表面活性剂用量及用水量对产品稳定性的影响,考察了产品及其乳液稳定存在的pH范围。结果表明:当两性表面活性剂A用量为16%,乳化剂B用量为5%,乳化剂C用量为11%,加水量为80%,反应半小时后制得的两性油润性手感剂稳定性好,pH值适应范围较宽,用其涂饰的皮革具有持久的柔软、丰满、滑爽等特性。

Abstract:Amphoteric and oily hand feeling agents were prepared with amino silicone oil,lanolin as the main raw materials and non-ionic surfactant and amphoteric surfactant for emulsifying.The influence of surfactant and water amount on the stability of the product performance was studied.The pH range in which the products and emulsion could be stable was also investigated.It shows that when the amount of amphoteric surfactant-A is 16%,the emulsifier-B is 5%,the emulsifier-C is 5%,80% water is added,the reaction time...
