卧式切粒机切粒质量的影响因素及对策

分析了SQLF950A型切粒机在半连续聚酯生产上使用存在的问题,提出了改进措施:更换喷丝板,将喷丝孔由D8.5mm改为D7.2mm;使铸带头出料稳定;校正溢流水口宽度;加固溢流水箱;使异状切片从0.45%降到0.2%。调节启动头高度为150～170mm;通过计算,控制引料速度等。使切粒机能力提升,切出粒子均匀,断口整齐。

Effect factors and countermeasures on the granulating qualities of horizontal granulator

The exist problems and the measures of the granulator that application on the semi continuous PET production are analyzed.The spinneret is changed,the diameter of spinneret orifice is changed from 8.5 mm to 7.2 mm so that the discharge of casting head is steady.The width of the overflow water exit is corrected,the overflow water tank is strengthened so that the profiled chip is decreased from 0.45% to 0.20%.The height of the starting head is adjusted from 150 mm to 170 mm,the material guiding speed is controlled by calculation.The granulating capacity is increased,the particulate is well distributed,the fracture is even.
