自动化n-SiC/Ni复合电刷镀层的高温摩擦性能研究

摘    要:采用自主研制的自动化电刷镀技术制得n-SiC/Ni复合电刷镀镀层.对比研究了手动与自动复合电刷镀镀层的组织与摩擦磨损性能.相对于手动电刷镀镀层,自动化镀层表面形貌更加均匀细化,组织更加致密,显微硬度更高.高温滑动摩擦磨损实验表明:相对于手动电刷镀镀层,自动化镀层拥有更好的耐磨性能.

Abstract:Nanoparticle reinforced nickel matrix composite coatings, n-SiC/Ni, were prepared by manual brush electroplating and auto brush electroplating technology respectively. Microstructure and friction wear properties of the two kinds of coatings were investigated by comparison. Comparing with the manual coating, the auto coating had smoother surface, denser structure and higher hardness. Results of the friction wear testing at elevated temperature showed that the auto composite coating had superior wear resistance to the manual coatings.
