云南某铅锌矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:对云南某黄铁矿型含银铅锌多金属硫化矿选别的工艺流程及药剂条件进行了工艺试验研究。试验结果表明, 用优先浮选流程及所选药剂条件处理该试料可获得铅品位57.33%、铅回收率94.08%、银品位2 201.72 g/t、银回收率83.14%的铅精矿;锌品位48.28%、锌回收率88.38%的锌精矿和硫品位45.09%、硫回收率77.39%的硫精矿。

Abstract:Some experimental studies have been done on the technical flow and the reagent condition for separation of some pyrite-type multimetallic sulfide minerals containing Ag, Pb and Zn, etc in Yunnan. Experimental results show that such kind of mineral is treated through differential flotation under the selected reagent condition, obtaining a lead concentrate containing 57.33% Ph with recovery of 94.08%, and 2 201.72 g/t Ag with recovery of 83.14% ; a sulfur concentrate containing 48.28% Pb with recovery of 88.38%, and 45.09% S with recovery of 77.39%.
