摘    要:通过分析某电厂脱硫废水水质特性,提出了一种低温烟气余热闪蒸脱硫废水深度处理技术,通过建立求解工艺系统蒸发模型,确定了工艺系统主要参数,并建立了废水处理体积流量为15 m3/h的示范工程。运行结果表明,该工艺系统结构简单,运行稳定可靠且运行费用低,回收水量高,无废水排放,达到了脱硫废水零排放的目的;处理后的废水主要指标基本达到了GB/T 50050—2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》的要求。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the analysis on the water quality of the desulfurization wastewater generated from a power plant, an in-depth treatment technology for the wastewater using low temperature flue gas waste heat flash is proposed. With the model of evaporation established and then solved, the main parameters of the process system were determined. Then a pilot-scale project with the wastewater treatment volume of 15 m3/h were built. The operation results show that the process system is simple in structure. And the operation is stable and reliable with low costs, high water recovery volume and basically free of wastewater discharge, which means that the goal of zero wastewater discharge has been achieved. In addition, the main quality indices of the wastewater after treatment have basically met the requirements of GB/T 50050—2017 "Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment".
