| 摘 要： | 为生产符合SF6罐式金属氧化物避雷器要求的电位梯度为300～350V/mm的氧化锌电阻片.在现有配方基础上进行含量调整,同时引入NiO,通过采用生料工艺和改进烧结制度等一系列工艺措施,研制出平均电位梯度325V/mm,2ms方波通流大于800A,8/20μm,10kA压比小于1.58的φ83x21电阻片,现已批量生产....

| Abstract: | High gradient ZnO varistors with 300～350 V / mm which meet the requirements used in SF6 gas insulated switchgear(GIS)surge arresters have been developed,the composition of current formulation is adjusted,and meanwhile NiO is introduced,through the process without prefiring additives and sintering profile and a series of process measures,83×21 varistors of which the average voltage gradients of 325 V / mm,2 ms square-wave is more then 800 A,voltage ratios at 8 / 20 μs,10 kA is less then 1.58 are developed and batch produced now.Microstructure and electrical properties of varistors are tested and analyzed.Compare to the general ones,high voltage gradient varistor has the characteristics of reduction of diameter of ZnO grain,the residual voltage ratios reduced at 8 / 20 μs,and the rates of change of U1mA reduced after 4 / 10 μs,100 kA high current impulse,the relations between gradient and square-wave are discussed. |
