摘    要:通过对异型坯连铸工艺的优化、结晶器保护渣性能和连铸设备的改进,解决了连铸异型坯容易产生的表面纵向裂纹、表面横向裂纹、表面划痕和腹板中心线裂纹等质量问题,使异型坯质量大大提高,为连铸异型坯热送热装创造了条件。通过对生产调度系统的改进,实现了异型坯热送热装轧制,异型坯热送热装使热轧H型钢产量增加,能耗下降,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The surface and internal quality of beam blank have been improved greatly by optimizing physical and chemical properties of mold powder, control of continuous casting and other process parameters, with reduction of longitudinal surface cracking, transversal surface cracking, surface scratch and central cracking. The direct hot charging of beam blank can be realized by optimizing production scheduling. Due to implementation direct hot charge process of beam blank at Maanshan Steel, the productivity of hot rolled H-beam has been increased and the energy consumption decreased with enormous economic benefits.
