凝胶注模成型制备多孔NiTi合金工艺研究

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为单体、油酸为分散剂,采用凝胶注模成型工艺制备NiTi形状记忆合金生坯,经1 050℃下真空保温6 h获得多孔NiTi形状记忆合金。研究发现,随着固相含量的增加,浆料黏度上升,当固相含量为43%时其流动性已无法满足注模的需求;当固相含量为43%的浆料加入质量分数为1%的油酸分散剂并经过40 min的球磨处理后,其流动性得到了改善并能够满足注模需求;烧结体晶粒发育良好,合金中除了NiTi相外还有少量的Ni3Ti和Ni2Ti等杂质相。

Abstract:In this paper,hydroxyethyl methacrylate is taken as a monomer,and oleic acid as a dispersant.Porous NiTi shape memory alloy is prepared by a gel-casting method,then it is sintered at 1050℃in vacuum for 6h to get porous NiTi shape memory alloy.The results show that slurry fluidity decreases with the increase of solid con-tent.Fluidity has been unable to meet the requirements of molding when the solid content is 43%.The slurry fluid-ity is improved and can meet the requirement of gel-casting when the slurry added 1%oleic acid and is treated by ball milling for 40min.The sinter has good grains.In addition to the NiTi phase,there are a few impurity phases such as Ni3Ti and Ni2Ti in the sinter.
