摘    要:介绍了GB150—1998《钢制压力容器》、JB4732—1995《钢制压力容器应力分析法设计标准》和JB/T4735—1997《钢制焊接常压容器》我国三个钢制压力容器标准的适用范围和主要区别。详细论述了超高压容器、快速开关盖式容器等超出GB150适用范围容器的设计原则,指出应根据设计压力、设计温度和工作条件等选用合适的压力容器设计标准。对凸形封头和热卷圆筒的成型厚度、压力容器最大允许工作压力和试验压力的确定方法作了详细介绍。

Abstract:This article describes: (1) the scopes and main differences between three main Chinese pressure vessel standards, i.e. GB1501998, JB/47321995 and JB/T47351997; (2)design procedures for vessels which are not included in GB150, such as superhigh pressure vessels and pressure vessels with quick open closure; (3) how to choose suitable pressure vessel standard according to design pressure, design temperature and operating condition; (4) methods for determining the formed thickness of convex head and hot rolled cylinder, the maximum allowable operating pressure and test pressure of pressure vessels.
