摘    要:在对沿海和海岛地区实地调查、收集大量资料的基础上,分析研究了海水淡化技术的应用现状、适用性、吨水投资、制水成本以及对水源和运行管理等要求,对浙江省海水淡化工程进行了规划。规划近期规模为2.69万m^3/d,远期新增2.85万m^3/d,总建设规模5、54万m^3/d,规划工程近期建设投资21770万元,远期23100万元;规划确定的滩涂水资源水处理工程规模,近期为7000m^3/d,工程投资5600万元;远期为81000m^3/d,工程投资56700万元。文章还提出了开源节流、节能的建议措施。

Abstract:Through the investigation on the coastal areas and islands, a lot of basic data are gathered up in the paper. The paper analyzes the application situation, applicability, ton-water investment, cost of purified water as well as the requirements of water source and operation management etc. and introduces a plan of sea water desalinization project in Zhejiang province. In the plan, the desalinization ability in the near future shall be 26.9 thousand m^3/d and shall increase to 28.5 thousand m^3/d in the far future. The total desalination capacity shall reach to 55.4 thousand m^3/d. The construction investment of the planned projects shall be RMB 217.7 million yuan in the near future and RMB231.0 million yuan in the far future. The planned project scale of water treatment for tidal land water resource shall be 7000 m^3/d in the near future and 81000m^3/d in the far future, with the project investment of RMB 56 million yuan and RMB 567 million yuan, respectively. Some suggestions and measures for broadening the sources of income and economizing on expenditures and energy saving are also put forward in the paper.
