马来酸酐接枝PP/POE共混物对PC的改性研究

摘    要:使用本实验室自制的(PP/POE)-g-MAH共混物作为聚碳酸酯(PC)的改性剂。研究了不同改性剂用量对PC共混物的力学、热学、加工及耐沸水性能的影响。结果表明,加入5%的(PP/POE)-g-MAH可明显提高PC的缺口冲击强度,改善PC的加工性能和耐沸水性能,从而得到一种综合性能较好的材料。同时使用扫描电镜对改性共混物的液氮脆断断面进行了观察。

Abstract:PP/POE)-g-MAH blends prepared in our lab were used as a modifier for PC. Influences of loadings of (PP/POE)-g-MAH on the thermal, mechanical, boiling water resistance properties and processibility of PC blends were studied. It was shown that the PC/(PP/POE)-g-MAH (95/5) blends were endowed with better comprehensive properties, such as improved notched impact strength, better processibility and boiling water resistance. The freezed fracture sections treated by liquid nitrogen were observed by scanning electron microscopy.
