预膜防腐处理技术在凝汽器运行中的应用

摘    要:国电宁夏石嘴山发电有限责任公司3号机循环水系统因杂物堵塞及点蚀型水质等因素,造成凝汽器铜管渗、泄漏。通过对故障成因的分析,决定采用预膜防腐蚀处理技术。运行中,配置好的预膜药剂在凝汽器铜管内部形成均匀的保护膜,很好地实现了凝汽器铜管防腐蚀、防渗漏目标。

Abstract:Because of the factors of the sundries block and the spot corrosion type water quality caused the condenser copper pipe leakage in Unit 3 circulating water system of State Power Ningxia Shizuishan Power Generation Co., Ltd., through analyzing the fault cause, determines using premembrane and anticorrosion treatment technology, in operation, the prepared pre-membrane agent forms even protective membrane inside the condenser copper pipe, realizes the aim of anticorrosion and antileakage of the condenser copper pipe.
