PLC在CGJ-100铣切机控制系统中的应用研究

摘    要:
根据铣切机对罗杰斯板的加工过程,采用台达PLC作为下位机,触摸屏作为人机界面,构成铣切机控制系统,通过PLC控制X、Y及Z 3个运动轴,实现控制自动化。在实际运行中表明,采用该控制系统提高了生产效率。

Abstract:
A ccording to the w orking process ofthe m illing cutting m achine for ROGERS materials,the Delta PLC as the low erm achine,touch screen as hum an-com puterinterface,a milling cutting machine control system , which controls three kinem atic axes through PLC , such as X、Y and Z axes, autom ation is realized. Practical operation show s that the control system im proves the production efficiency.
