新型毛细管辐射供冷和独立新风系统的设计

摘    要:根据建筑冷热负荷特点,设计了毛细管辐射供冷与独立新风联合系统.该系统中,毛细管辐射板承担室内的显热负荷,新风机组承担室内的湿负荷及新风负荷.由于毛细管和新风机组进水温度要求不同,设计了两台地源热泵机组分别提供16℃和7℃供水输送到毛细管和新风机组用于供冷.通过对毛细管、新风机组冷冻水管路和地埋管冷却水管路进行水力计算和校核,阻力平衡,满足设计要求.

Abstract:The united system of the capillary radiation cooling and independent fresh air was designed according to the cold and heat load characteristics of the construction. In the system, capillary radiation plate offer the indoor sensible heat load while the fresh air system offer the indoor wet heat load. At the same time, two ground source heat pump units were designed to provide the chilled water with different temperatures to the capillary tube and the fresh air unit,in which supplied water temperature were 16 ℃and 7 ℃ respectively. Finally, by means of checking the hydraulic computation of water pipes of the capillary tube, fresh air units, the resistance balance is confirmed, which meets the design requirements.
