摘    要:PCD材料具有高硬度、高耐磨性以及刀具刃磨成本较高等特点。本文针对铝活塞的精加工,系统研究了PCD刀具的刃磨质量对已加工表面粗糙度的影响规律。合理选择PCD刀具的刃磨质量,既能满足加工要求,又能降低刀具刃磨成本,使PCD刀具在加工硅铝合金领域得到了更广泛的应用。

Abstract:PCD material is characterized by high hardness, wear resistance and high cost. A research on influence of edge-grinding quality to the machined surface's rough ness is conducted. The reasonable choice of the edge-grinding quality of the PCD cutting tool can meet the requirements of the piston manufacture and get lower edge-grinding cost, and make the PCD cutting tool more widely used in the field of machining Si-Al alloy piston.
