多风机风洞动力系统性能优化研究

摘    要:针对多风机风流系统的工艺特点,分析研究了有速度传感器的矢量控制、微分先行控制和变M/T测速法在变频驱动风机风流系统中的应用。结合系统运行需求,分别介绍了3种控制算法的技术特点及具体应用。参照试验数据,对负载扰动情况下风流系统的动态及稳态性能参数进行了验证分析,量化了多风机风洞动力系统的电气及工艺性能指标,对实际系统的开发应用提供了借鉴参考。

Abstract:According to the technical characteristics of the airflow system of the fan,the paper researched the application of the vector control with speed sensor,differential forward control and variable M/T speed measurement in the air flow system of the variable frequency fan.In combination with the system operation demand,it introduced three control algorithms about their technical features and specific application respectively.In addition,according to test data,the paper verified and analyzed the dynamic and steady performance parameters of the air flow system in load disturbance mode.Quantification of the electric and technical performance indexes of the system offered reference for actual system development.
