| 摘 要： | 回顾国内外饲料级磷酸氢钙市场,并对未来市场需求进行预测。在当前普遍采用的工艺、工程技术的基础之上,笔者结合多年的工程实践,设计出了一些新的装置和方案如生石灰消化和配乳,导流管式单槽单桨或特殊结构的单槽双桨磷酸反应槽,连续式脱氟(一段中和)反应槽,白磷肥分离装置等,同时还进行了经济效益分析。

Market forecast and technology development of feed-grade DCP |

| Abstract: | The market of feedgrade dicalcium phosphate at home and abroad is reviewed and the future is forecasted. Based on the current process and engineering practice, some new equipment and new processes are designed, such as the slaking of quicklime and its matched suspension slurry, honeycomb duct single reaction tank with single propeller, or special single reaction tank with double propellers for phosphoric acid, continuous defluorine reaction tank for the first neutralization, separating facility for purified phosphate etc., also the economic benefit is analyzed. |
