摘    要:温度场分布的不均匀性,影响到带阻尼台叶片精密锻造过程的成形质量和组织性能。本文以DEFORM3D为平台,采用实体模具,建立了包括锻前和锻造两个过程的刚粘塑性有限元模型,使温度场的分布更加接近实际情况。在此基础之上,研究了摩擦因子、上模压下速度和初始模具温度对温度场分布的影响规律及坯料不同变形区域温度场的分布规律。结果表明:摩擦因子对坯料温度场分布的均匀性影响不明显;随着上模压下速度的增加,坯料温度场分布更加均匀;提高初始模具温度,有利于坯料温度场分布均匀;坯料不同变形区域内温度场变化较大。该研究对带阻尼台叶片精锻工艺的制定具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The non-homogenous temperature distribution may directly affect the forging quality and microstructure property of the blade with a damper platform in the precision forging process.The 3D-FE models for pre-forging and forging process of blade were established based on Deform-3D software after fabricating solid mold,which made the temperature distribution much too close to the production process.Furthermore,the influences of hot working parameters,such as friction factor,the top die speed and initial die temperature,on the temperature distribution had been investigated,and the temperature distribution in different deformation zones was analyzed.The results indicate that the friction factor has little effect on the uniform temperature distribution.With the top die speed increasing or the initial die temperature rising,the temperature distribution becomes homogenous.Besides,the changes of temperature in different deformation zones are obvious.The research is helpful to set down the process of precision forging technology of the blade with a damper platform.
