采煤机螺旋滚筒总体参数优化设计

摘    要:在相似模型试验研究的基础上,综合现代采煤机螺旋滚筒设计理论和方法,建立了以比能耗和载荷波动系数为目标的采煤滚筒优化设计数学模型及优化算法,编制了相应的优化设计程序。对LXT14/46型螺旋滚筒进行了对比计算,结果表明:螺旋滚筒的截割比能耗降低了7.97%,载荷波动系数减小了19.8%,装煤效率提高了11.1%。

Abstract:A mathematic model and algorithm for optimization design of cutting drum of a shearer with an aim to reduce specificenergy consumption and load fluctuation coefficient are established on the basis of simulation test and the theory and method of modern spiral cutting drum of the shearer. A relevant optimization design program is also written. Comparison of the design with that of LXT 14/46 type drum is made. The test data show that the specific energy consumption reduces by 7 97%, the load fluctuation coefficient by 19 8% and the loading efficiency increases by 11 1%.
