| 摘 要： | 石油磺酸盐驱油剂合成工艺的影响因素较多,从合成石油磺酸盐驱油剂的原料、反应器、磺化剂、操作方式以及复配体系四个方面阐述了石油磺酸盐驱油剂的合成工艺,并简要分析了各工艺的优缺点。提出了石油磺酸盐驱油剂合成工艺的研究方向,集中在磺化剂的选择以及研发新型合成反应器,此外可通过复配方法提高其性能。

| Abstract: | There are many influence factors on the synthesis process of petroleum sulfonates oil-displacing agent. In this paper, the raw materials, reactor, sulfonating agent, mode of operation and compounded system of the synthesis process of petroleum sulfonates oil-displacing agent were reviewed, and the advantages and dis advantages of these process were analyzed. The research direction of petroleum sulfonates oil displacing agent should he focused on the sulfonating agent selection and development of new reactor, its performance also can improved by compounding process. |
