| 摘 要： | 创建学习型组织和学习型企业文化，无论从理论上还是从实践上看，都是一个值得认真探讨的课题。本文通过论述企业文化、学习型组织的含义，找出企业文化和学习型组织的共同点、关联性以及有机联系．从时代发展的必要性出发，把两者结和起来，探讨创建学习型企业文化途径，希望对促进企业组织的创新能起到一定参考作用。
