基于微透镜阵列的多芯片LED照度仿真分析

摘    要:采用微透镜阵列的光学设计是提高LED照明效果的重要手段。基于照明光学系统CAD基础理论与方法,对发光二极管(LED)的多芯片封装的微透镜阵列光学系统进行了模拟分析,对微透镜平面与多芯片LED发光面之间的距离、球冠高度以及装配误差对照度的影响作了较为细致的分析,可为优化多芯片LED设计、改善射出光束的质量和提高照明效果提供相关的工程依据和应用参考。

Abstract:It is an effective method to improve the lighting performances by using microlens array optical design. Based on the illumination optical system of basic CAD theory and method, micro lens arrays optical system of the multi-chip packaged light-emitting diode ( LED ) The distance between the microlens planes and multi chip LED, the crown height and assembly error to the illumination effect are all analyzed. for the investigations can be the reference to optimize of multi chip LED design, improve injection beam quality and enhance the lighting performances.
