| 摘 要： | 在充分分析防汛信息服务系统功能需求、特点的基础上,提出了基于WebGIS的防汛信息服务系统B/S多层体系结构的设计方案;描述了防汛信息服务系统的网络拓扑结构设计;重点阐述了基于Java自主开发WebGIS平台的方法;借鉴R树及四叉树索引特点,提出了优化系统性能的空间数据组织与检索方法,并将此方法应用在防汛信息服务系统中。最后,对基于GIS的防汛信息服务系统进行了展望。

| Abstract: | By making a full analysis on function requirements and characteristics of flood prevennon mtormanon service system, a design scheme for a B/S multilayer architecture based on WebGIS is proposed. Firstly, topological structure design of network of the system is described. Secondly, the article placed an emphasis on development method of WebGIS platform from Java. Thirdly, by using the techniques of R-tree and 4-tree spatial index, a spatial data organization and its search method that can improve system performance are put forward. Finally, application prospect of the system based on GIS is described. |
