电力系统低频低压减载装置测试研究

摘    要:
针对电力系统新型低频低压减载装置测试的难题——不能定量地、准确地校验频率下降率df/dt、电压下降率du/dt定值,作者提出了一种解决方法:用单片机控制技术定量产生电压幅值、频率、du/dt和df/dt信号,用这些量来模拟电力系统电压、频率的静态与动态特性,并用以对减载装置的性能进行测试。文中详细介绍了实现方案、技术特点、产生电压频率以及它们的变化率的原理和硬软件构成。

A Study of the Device of Low-frequency & Low-voltage in Electric Power System
Abstract:
For the difficult problem in checking the modern load-shedding devices of low-frequency & low-voltage in electric power system, that is, it is difficult to cali-brate the reference values of du/dt & df/dt, a method is proposed to solve the problems. The method utilizes a micro-computer-based device to produce voltage, frequency, du/dt and df/dt signals. The signals can simulate voltage’s and frequency’s static and dynamic characteristics of electric power systems and are also used to test the technology properties of load-shedding devices. The paper introduces its realizing scheme, technological characteristic, principle and composition of hardware and software.
