| 摘 要： | 首次对微小钻头钻削扭矩极限值的分布规律进行了研究，在本文的试验条件下得到了扭矩极限值服从三参数威布尔分布的结论。由分布函数导出的可靠扭矩函数为实现钻削扭矩的在线监测提供了依据。

| Abstract: | This paper studies distribution law of the limit value of micro drill drilling torque for the first time.And a conclusion has been reached that the limit value of micro drill drilling torque confirms to the Weibull distribution of tri parameters under the experiment conditions.The reliability torque function derived from distribution function provides basis for achieving on line detection to drilling torque. |
