摘    要:
研究了ITO经机械活化后与盐酸反应的动力学规律。研究结果表明,ITO在搅拌磨中经机械活化后,化学活性提高,与HCI的反应速度加快,活化30min后与HCI反应的活化能由未活化时的90.6kJ/mol降至53.0kJ/mol,反应级数由原来的2.30降至1.31。

Abstract:
The kinetics law of the reaction of ITO with hydrochloric acid after mechanical activation was studied. The results showed that the chemical activity of ITO was improved and the rate of its reaction with HCL increased after the mechanical activation in a stirring mill. The activity energy of ITO reaction with HCL after 30 min's activation was reduced to 53.0 KJ/mol from 90.6 KJ/mol in an inactivated state and the series of reaction was reduced from 2.30 to 1.31.
