| Abstract: | We proposed the conception of whole metrology for automatic test system(ATS).The whole metrology means considering all the factors including the reliability assessment of system software,the calibration of traditional instrument,the calibration of virtual instrument and the measurement of specific simulators.We discussed the details in the paper.The method can be applied to all kinds of virtual-instrument-based automatic test systems. |
