| 摘 要： | 通过对单位工程进度控制存在的问题和影响工程进度因素的分析及预测,提出了建设单位对工程进度控制的应对措施,阐明了在工程前期准备、进度计划制定、投资和合同管理等工作中保证工程进度的措施,以实现工程进度的主动控制。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis and forecasting of problems in the progress control of construction party and the influential factors for the en-gineering progress, points out the measures of the construction party on the engineering progress control, and illustrates the measures to ensure the engineering progress from the engineering preparation, the progress planning, the investment and contract management, so as to realize the active control over the engineering progress. |
