双酚化合物改性氰酸酯树脂体系固化动力学的研究

摘    要:采用Kissinger法对双酚A/双酚E氰酸酯和双酚M/双酚E氰酸酯进行了固化反应动力学研究,得到了不同双酚化合物作用下的表观反应活化能、指前因子、反应级数及135℃下的速率常数。对于双酚A/氰酸酯体系,起始固化温度为97.8℃,峰值温度为132.7℃,表观活化能为68.98kJ.mol-1,指前因子为1.27×108min-1,135℃下的速率常数为0.1889min-1;对于双酚M/氰酸酯体系,起始固化温度为88.7℃,峰值温度为131.1℃,反应活化能为64.58kJ.mol-1,指前因子为3.51×107min-1,135℃下的速率常数为0.1905min-1。研究表明,增加反应物结构的柔韧度有利于反应的进行。

Abstract:Cyanate ester(CE) was modified by two different modifiers,respectively.The DSC curves of the above two systems at different rates of heating were obtained.Furthermore,the curing kinetics was studied by using the Kissinger equation.The apparent activation energy,pre-exponential factor,reaction order and reaction rate constant at a temperature of 135℃ for the bisphenol A/CE were 68.98kJ·mol-1,1.27×108min-1,1.10 and 0.1889min-1 by calculation;for the bisphenol M/CE,they were 64.58kJ·mol-1,3.51×107min-1,1.11 and 0.1905min-1,respectively.The data illustrated that increasing the flexibility of reactant was benefit to accelerate the reaction.
