摘    要:大庆朝阳沟油田,上部地层易造浆,下部地层易剥落、掉块。钻斜直井更易开塌,所以要求钻井液防塌能力强、润滑性能好、携岩能力强。钻井二公司试验了以FA-578和XY-38为主的两性离子聚合物钻井液体系,取得了较好效果。通过3口井的现场试验,证明该体系对钻屑包被较好,使造浆得到控制;携岩能力强,起下钻畅通;润滑性能好,未发生粘卡;防止了井塌;稳定性好,便于维护、处理。结果3口试验井的平均机械钻速比对比井提高4m/h,完井周期提前4.38d。

THE APPLICATION OF AMPHION POLYMER (FA-578,XY-38)IN DRILLING OF SLANT HOLES
Abstract:Well slough is more likely to happen while drilling slant holes in Chaoyang Gou oil field of Daqing,because of the overlying mud making formation and the underlying slabbing formation. In this case,the drilling fluid should be good in slough prevention,lubrication and cuttings carring. The No.Ⅱ Drilling Co. of Daqing applied the amphion polymer drilling fluid system based on FA-578 and XY-38,and the results were successful. Field tests were conducted in 3 wells and the following was proved:the cuttings were packed well,mud making got controled,the ability of carring cuttings was high,triping in/out were easy,drilling sticking and well slough were avoided. It is stable and convenient to maintain and handle. The penetration rate was increased by 4m/h compaired with the wells of the same type,and it was shortened 4.38 days of the completion period.
