钛酸钡粉体的制备及研究进展

摘    要:纳米钛酸钡具有高介电常数和低介电损耗,具有优良的铁电、压电和绝缘性能,广泛地应用于制造陶瓷敏感元件、多层陶瓷电容器、记忆材料等。纳米BaTiO3粉体的制备及其形貌控制一直是纳米材料制备领域的研究热点之一,最近几年其制备技术得到了很大发展。综述了钛酸钡粉体的合成方法,并提出了其发展方向。

Abstract:Barium titanate powder has higher permittivity,lower dielectric loss,good ferroelectric,piezoelectricity and electric insulation properties.Barium titanate is a type of ceramic material widely used in electronics industry for fabrication of multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCCS),memory materials,and so on.Preparation and control morphology of barium titanate nanopartiales were studied in the field of nano material.Preparation methods are greatly developed.The methods for preparation of barium titanate and study progress are reviewed.The future trends are also prospected.
