自动机械协调设计的搭接网络模型

在自动机械运动方案辅助设计软件的开发过程中 ,注意到运动循环图辅助协调设计不能很好地满足协调设计的要求 ,也不能为设计者提供相关的设计修改建议。为此 ,提出用统筹法的搭接网络技术辅助协调设计的思路。根据协调设计的特点和搭接网络的要求 ,建立起适合于协调设计的搭接网络模型。运用搭接网络技术不仅完成了运动循环图所能完成的工作 ,还为设计者提供了丰富的设计调整信息 ,适应了协调设计的模糊性、层次性和继承性要求。

Model of lapping network for coordinate design of aut omatic machinery

During the development course of a software aided design for the motion scheme of automatic machinery, we noticed that the motion cycle chart aided coordination design could neither satisfy quite nicely the requirement of coordination design nor provide the correlated revision suggestion of design for the designers. For this reason, this paper put forward a train of thought on the lapping network technique aided coordination design by the use of overall planning method. According to the characteristic of coordination design and the need of lapping network, the lapping network model suitable for coordination design was built. The application of lapping network technique could not only accomplish the work that can be completed by motion cycle chart, but also provide abundant information of revising design for designers, thus suited the needs of fuzziness, hierarchy and inheritance of coordination design.
